PEDICAB TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing or using our pedicab transportation and tour services, the customer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Service Agreement
All rides, transportation services, sightseeing tours, and custom routes are provided upon the customer’s request and acceptance of the quoted fare before the ride begins.
2. Pricing
All rates, including per-minute, fixed-route, or custom tour pricing, are clearly communicated to the customer before the service starts. By accepting the ride, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the stated fare.
3. Completion of Service
A service is considered completed once the customer has been transported to the requested destination or the agreed tour has concluded. Completed services are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking information and following all safety instructions during the ride. Any disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
5. Weather and Operational Delays
Services may be delayed, modified, or canceled due to severe weather conditions, public safety concerns, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our company shall not be liable for delays, traffic conditions, weather events, lost personal property, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

REFUND POLICY
Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:
* Service was canceled by our company.
* Driver failed to arrive for a confirmed booking.
* Customer was charged multiple times for the same transaction.
* Billing error verified by our company.
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be issued when:
* The customer voluntarily completes the ride or tour.
* The customer changes their mind after the service has been provided.
* The customer disputes a fare that was disclosed and accepted before the ride.
* The customer leaves the ride early by personal choice.
* Traffic, weather, or route conditions affect travel time.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the service date.

CHARGEBACK POLICY
Chargeback Prevention
By completing payment, the customer acknowledges that:
* The fare was disclosed before the ride began.
* The service was voluntarily requested and received.
* The customer authorized the payment transaction.
Disputed Transactions
If a customer believes a billing error occurred, they must contact our customer support before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution.
Fraudulent Chargebacks
Any chargeback filed for services that were properly delivered may be contested with supporting evidence, including but not limited to:
* Signed receipts
* Electronic payment records
* GPS ride records
* Photographs or video evidence
* Customer communications
* Booking confirmations
Recovery of Funds
If a chargeback is determined to be invalid or fraudulent, the company reserves the right to pursue recovery of the disputed funds, chargeback fees, collection costs, attorney fees, and any other remedies permitted by law.
Governing Law
These Terms, Refund Policy, and Chargeback Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
By using our services, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Chargeback Policy.
